The spaceship landed on a residential block in Poland. The most controversial building in Silesia, Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Poland.

Mr. Godlewski was particularly fond of this building, so he decided to build a 2,000m2 mansion on the roof, which was styled like a spaceship.

In 2000, the construction was halted by the inspection due to missing technical documentation. When the construction resumed, Godlewski found himself in a conflict with the cooperative. The cooperative's authorities determined that certain aspects of the construction were undertaken without the necessary designs and permits. This led to mistakes that jeopardized the safety of the building's residents.

By 2014, the poviat building supervision inspector had ordered the demolition of the superstructure. However, this hasn't been carried out yet due to an ongoing dispute between the cooperative and Godlewski over who should bear the cost.
